As his signature weapon, Bloodsoaked Ruins has everything Flins needs in a Polearm in Genshin Impact. The 5-star weapon has a high Base ATK alongside a passive effect that greatly increases Flins’ Lunar-Charged and Crit DMG. Not only that, but Bloodsoaked Ruins also grants Flins Energy, which notably improves his Elemental Burst casting.

Flins greatly benefit from the synergy between Elemental Mastery and ATK% that the Staff of the Scarlet Sands creates. However, the weapon suffers from a low Base ATK, which can negatively affect Flins’ DPS. On the other hand, if you manage to build Flins with enough ATK (2000+), Staff of the Scarlet Sands is a decent choice for sure.

One of the best things about Flins in Genshin Impact is being an F2P-friendly character. One of the main reasons for that is the amount of DMG Flins can deal when using the Prospector’s Shovel. The 4-star F2P Polearm increases Flins’ ATK% while buffing his Lunar-Charged reactions.

Although there’s no reason to get any other weapon beyond Bloodsoaked Ruins and Prospector’s Shovel, some weapons, like Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, and Fractured Halo, perform well enough to be mentioned in Flins build in Genshin Impact.

Given that Flins and his team will keep triggering Elemental Reactions in Genshin Impact, it’s valid to build Flins with Missive Windspear since it will constantly increase his ATK% and Elemental Mastery when he triggers a reaction.

Staff of Homa is a universal 5-star weapon that works on every strong DPS in Genshin Impact. That is mainly because of the weapon’s ability to work with HP% and ATK% on top of having a Crit DMG Substat.

Vortex Vanquisher is not an ideal weapon for Flins, but it’s still good enough to make the list. When using Vortex Vanquisher, Flins needs a shielder in his team, as that’s what will maximize the passive effect of Vortex Vanquisher.

Dragon’s Bane increases Flins’ Elemental Mastery while buffing his DMG against enemies affected with Hydro, which is an essential part of Flins’ teams and gameplay in Genshin Impact.

When building Flins with the Night of the Sky’s Unveiling set, he’ll get 80 Elemental Mastery from the two-piece set. Additionally, Flins will get up to 30% Crit Rate if his team has another character from Nod-Krai. Finally, Flins and his team will get up to 20% extra DMG on their Lunar reactions, which is extremely useful, given Flins’ DMG comes from his Lunar-Charged reactions in Genshin Impact.
